It' has  been just about 6 weeks of work that have gone into getting this website started. I would like to recognize and praise my "co-conspirators",
Linda Hoene Amann, Maureen McGowan Parashkevov, and Donna Wylie Perlitz  for the hours, ideas, and skills they brought into this project. In the near future Tony Chiariello will be assisting Linda on further developing the Memorial section's content. There remains much to do on an ongoing basis for the site and the same group will remain behind the scenes making their contributions. I would be remiss in not mentioning that these classmates have been very involved with the rest of the reunion commitee in every aspect of the reunion and are have taken on responsibility to do much more.

As we approach our reunion, it would be nice to see how many military veterans are in our class. Let us know

It is with deepest sympathy that I report the passing of Ralph Bruckman, Pearl River High School Class of 1967. Ralph has been such a large part of the planning for our 50th reunion coming up on October 21, 2017, and he will be greatly missed by us all. Following is the obituary posted in the Atlanta Journal.
BRUCKMAN, Ralph, age 68, Lilburn, GA, died March 12, 2017. Ralph grew up in Pearl River, NY and loved sharing fond memories of the area. He was an avid storyteller, committed teacher and expert at trivia. Survivors include his sons, Adam (Kathryn) Bruckman, Atlanta, and Paul (Jennifer) Bruckman, Cary, NC; and brother, Ron (Pamela) Bruckman, Nashua, NH. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the American Heart Association . The family is planning a memorial service in NY.

As this is Memorial Day weekend, I would like to thank my classmates and my husband, Bob, who are veterans for their service.
